Why Henderson works
Henderson gives you two things at once: manicured park greenery in the foreground and the McCullough and River Mountain foothills in the background. Sessions look lush without losing the sense that this is southern Nevada.
It is the practical choice for families in Anthem, Green Valley, Seven Hills, and Inspirada. Parking is close, the ground is level, and playgrounds and swings mean younger kids stay interested for the full hour.

Best time of day
Golden hour, roughly the last hour before sunset. Winter sessions can also work at mid morning when the sun stays low and the parks are almost empty.
What to wear
Deeper tones hold up well against green grass: navy, charcoal, plum, forest. All-white outfits look best in the last half hour, once the light softens.
Parking and access
Every spot I use in Henderson has parking within a short, flat walk. Strollers and wagons are fine on the paths.
Weather and season
Henderson runs a few degrees cooler than the valley floor in summer and stays green longer in winter, so the usable season here is unusually long.

How long is a Henderson photo session?
Family sessions run 60 minutes. Couples and portrait sessions run 30 minutes. Elopement and wedding coverage starts at two hours. Boudoir runs 60 minutes or more, depending on the location and the style you are after. Newborn sessions also run 60 minutes, but they are photographed indoors, at the studio or in your home.
When will we get our photos?
For most sessions your finished gallery is delivered within 72 hours through a private online gallery.
Do you travel to Anthem, Green Valley, or Inspirada?
Yes. Henderson sessions are photographed all across the southeast valley, and I am happy to meet at a park close to your neighborhood.
Can we bring the dog?
Yes, on a leash. Bring a second adult who can take the dog between frames and it will go much more smoothly.
